Dove Security set up our home security system over a year ago. All the windows and doors are sensored, and the interior is secured. They even gave recommendations on surveillance CCTV options (to include non-ADT systems). Recently, the battery went out and they are here today to get us back on line. My only complaint is there is no weekend service. Having to wait until a weekday to get the problem fixed left us a little vulnerable. Their technicians were not able to solve the issues that we've had with our fire-alarm system. When we expressed frustration with the charges we've had to pay for something that they couldn't fix, they asked us to find a different company. I'm still in disbelief that they feel comfortable charging you without getting the job done and then fire you as a customer.
