Security system is wonderful and the customer service and response time is impeccable.

They are a great company BUT wished they offered a maintenence plan to avoid their outrageous $99.00 trip charge. That's the only drawback to a 5 star rating! Come on get with the times! This would be an excellent benefit for a yearly check etc. Thank you!!
