I have been without a working generator for a very long time. Last year AA changed the mother board and it worked for the test, but I don't know how long after that. During this year's maintenance appointment AA changed the battery (at a high cost) because it died trying to start the generator which didn't work. AA ordered a new part for which I have been waiting over a month to come in. I have to call AA since they do not keep me informed. Very poor service, let alone customer service.

Service team that came out were honest, helpful and great .Very professional, everything was completed in one day and I was left with a very clean job site afterwards. They have also installed the same system at my parents house and they are loving it! Anthony patiently answered all of my
