I’d like to know how there are ONLY 12 reviews (all 5 star) for at least a 3 year period. I am interested in working with Dix, but the few reviews has me wondering.

I would totally recommend Dix generators for all your generator needs and repairs or for a new install of a generator!! Very professional, truthful, reliable and follow thru on what they tell you is impeccable!!! They keep you informed on everything they need to do to get you up and running. TRUST THEM 100% . This truly a 5 star company!!!! If Rocky can't get it done, then it can't be done

Finally found a company I trust to take care of my 17-year-old 30kw Generac diesel generator, and I have been through a few companies. I had trouble getting it started, Axel with DIXs went through it found the issue very quickly, and got it started. He troubleshot the exerciser circuit and identified its issue. His knowledge on Generac was amazing it was like taking a short course with the professor. DIX is now my go to company.
