Your repairman named Tim was friendly and did a great job. His quitting time was 3 PM , but he stayed past 3. Fixed the leak on the pipe leading to the water heater. Tell him thanks for the service.

Beware of false advertising. When they send you an email about their Spring cleaning prices, they will not honor them. Find another plumber in Cottonwood/Sedona. I will no longer be using this shady business.

I’ve used several plumbing companies here in cottonwood as well as Camp Verde. After trying them all I will stick with Dewey’s. Austin installed a new hot water circulating pump and also fixed my r/o water system. His work is excellent.

Installed dishwasher and kitchen faucet. Faucet leaking into my walls. Dishwasher already coming out. 2nd faucet leaking due to pipe not Installed properly. Called after hours and never got call back 😒 Now have to call after 3pm for emergency call. They are not following their mission or commitment statement

Had plumber and helper out to reinstall fixtures from old kitchen sink to newly installed sink. Plumber was unable to figure out how to get the old fixture out of the uninstalled sink. Finally , I called and FaceTimed with my brother in California who is a plumber to help this person visually and verbally walk through how to get the faucet free. He then had difficulty pulling the tubes through the hole in the sink. I squeezed them together and out it came. This was at least a 20 minute proces

This was my first time using Dewey's Plumbing and I have to say that it was a very good experience. They were actually early for the appointment and were great to work with. They're pricing was very fair!
