The techs that came out were polite, courteous and professional. They identified the issue and made the necessary repairs. My issue is the price. There is a $95.00 service charge my total was $550.00. I looked up the part online and found it between $50.00- $150.00. I understand you're also paying for the techs knowledge to rectify the problem. $305.00 seems a bit excessive.
