Very disappointed with your practice of over pricing to the point of price gouging. To consumers, make sure to get their quote ahead of time and hold them to it. Had basic work done on a faucet and was charged nearly $600 for an hour of work and a $10 part.

His comprehensive review of his findings was much appreciated and spoke volumes to his focus on quality customer care.

5 star repair work. I called for repair service and Frank was here in 2 hrs. Fixed the issue in 30 min. Very professional and friendly. I have a sour taste after he left because of the price. He came, quoted $595. I agreed. I guess my expectation was, wow $595...must be a big complicated job, he will be here for a little while. After 30 min he says, ok all fixed, I am thinking, thats it? Thats $595?? No new parts, just labor? And no revision down to say, $595 is the top end but it could be lower
