John is an excellent master plumber, evident in his knowledge of the trade. Our guest bathroom shower was not providing enough hot water - the cold flow was strong, but as the handle was turned towards hot, the flow would diminish quite a bit. After inspecting the cartridge and poking around, John figured out that the hot water inlet valve to the shower head was not opened all the way. Problem fixed!
