Recently worked with Action Plumbing to fix a tankless hot water heater. The technician was courteous and got the issues fixed. They had an emergency they were working on, but got to my house as quickly as they could. A great experience overall.

I give them the same review as the service provided. 5 star service without a doubt. The Technician Ryan came out was excellent and extremely knowledgeable and professional. I recommend them over any other services in the White Mountains.

I am extremely disappointed with Action Plumbing. I paid $1,700 for work that was never completed. After receiving my payment, they did not return to finish the job. When I tried multiple times to contact them to resolve the issue, they completely ghosted me and even blocked my phone number. There was no explanation and no effort to make this right. At first our home warranty had sent a service request to them for them to come to my house to replace the water heater and repair whatever’s needed to be fixed last week mistakenly due to we already had another company that came by and inspected.
