Abismal customer service. When I lived downtown I used Culligan (not Meredith, it was under Brian Liev and it was excellent), however when I moved to Oak Park by default had to use Meredith Culligan. Every single month I either didn't get the number of requested bottles OR it wouldn't come delivery day. I'm not exaggerating when I say every single month this happened. They don't respond to e-mails and when I mentioned this they told me they didn't have to. They are rude, misogynistic, entitled
