Technician Greg removed old system and did an outstanding job installing the new Johnson system. Our water is better than ever..

We purchased a water softener for about 1500. One of their techs recommended buying over renting because the rental units are rebuilt old ones. The new system is great the guy installing was good (even though he left our reverse osmosis turned off). The hidden 4% credit card processing fee was outrageous. Especially when you know they are writing off the fees on their taxes every year. They need to tell you that when the appointment is set up. They will take cash or a check. No Zelle or Venmo.
