John is very personable and a great inspector. He taught me several things as we walked through the property and made it easy for me to understand the long-term implications of each issue. I appreciated his demeanor, skillset, and knowledge. I would recommend Citywide to anyone in the PGH area.

John was very responsive when I reached out. He probably could charge more given how detail oriented and thorough he is. He spoke to me about the improvements and priorities I have so that he could include those in his assessment. The report was sent within 24 hours of completing the inspection - it was very thorough with photos, diagrams, and lay language. Very good experience. Highly recommend.

We moved into our first home not even a year ago and I can’t even begin to write the list of issues we’ve ran into that should’ve been caught in the inspection. Please do your research and find another inspector!
