Josh was timely and thorough with the inspection and the report. He gave 100% effort in trying for access to the condo roof, without success, but not for lack of his trying. We highly recommend Josh for inspection requirements.
Great experience working with Josh. I worked with him twice. Once on a house that failed miserably, and once on my hopefully soon to be home. Professional, friendly, and thorough. I would definitely recommend him.
