Purchasing two living room shades from Blinds R Us was an excellent experience. Terri Eisenberger was very helpful in arranging the date and time of installation and the deposit and payment of the balance. Luis Lopez, the installer, is a gem. Luis was on time for the installation, expertly installed the shades, and even volunteered to write a brief note in Spanish concerning the best way to clean the shades for the young woman who heads our cleaning service.
