Shutter & Shade Source by Lanera is great. They came back and removed a shade that had broken two years after we purchased it. Replaced it with a temporary shade and came back with the repaired shade a couple weeks later. Very thorough and were flexible with the re-install date in order to accommodate my schedule. Highly recommend them. :)

I absolutely love my new flat Roman shades! Sally was wonderful to work with. After going through numerous fabric books, I chose one fabric in particular. As it turned out, the supplier was backordered on that one. Together we found another one that I believe was even more beautiful than the first. The craftsmanship and quality of the shades, as well as the skill of the installer, are top quality. I would recommend them highly to anyone interested in upgrading their window treatments.
