Absolutely terrible customer service. Came out to do an estimate when we asked for an explanation of the fees we were met with nothing but attitude

Jeff and his team are so talented, knowledgeable, patient, and collaborative. We lived in our home during our renovation and the team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We enlisted the help of Bethesda Home Design to add a two story and basement addition to our 1940's home in Wyngate. After living here 23 years, we wanted an upgraded space that retained all of the charm of the home we loved. BHD knocked it out of the park. Our home still feels intimate but also bright, open, and new! Jeff's guidance was the perfect combination of constructive and supportive and he worked closely with us to find creative solutions to working around the quirks of an 80 year home.
