We had used BB&K to update our bathroom shower a few months before hiring them for our kitchen remodel - so we knew the work would be excellent. We used BB&K to do a refresh of our bathrooms. It wound up taking slightly longer than expected, but we're largely very happy with how they turned out. However, David didn't do a final walk-through after completion and there are a couple of lingering issues, and David is no longer responding to contact. I'd recommend with caution and insist on a final walkthrough to bring up any problems.
