My double tank septic pump out was completed efficiently and on time with appt that was scheduled. Technician Josh was courteous and helpful, explaining the process and providing tips for going forward. He even helped me move some lumber blocking truck access to the tanks. Highly recommend!!

Josiah from B&B came to pump my septic system in Decatur on a pinch, just like the dispatcher promised and even texted me to let me know when he was on his way. He was clean, his rig was clean and very profesional. In addition to that, you can tell Josiah was raised right, he is a wonderful young man.
