First thing is VON had to come out to find where the septic is located as the people the house was purchased from did not know where it was. Then Trevor came out with a big truck to find the lids to begin pumping many years of waste! Trevor had to get several truck loads of waste to get the tanks empty! Trevor had to chip around cap because of how it was put in with concrete inside a plastic bucket so impossible to remove without hours of work with heavy chisel! Not one complaint just wanted
