I have used this company for the past 5 years for our in-home water filter service. Every year, our bill seems to double in price, our most recent being nearly $400 for a simple filter change (that they recommend doing twice per year). A large part of the amount is the $99 service fee they tack on to your bill for every visit, which I personally believe is outrageous being that the technician was here for 30 minutes and it was known what he was doing. Very disappointed with their quoting process. Prior to the service I clearly asked about the approx cost and they mentioned between $160~$180. Now that they came and finished they came out with a $230 total bill.....ah because material costs went up. Well then you should of told me this on the phone and not last minute. I guess I need to look for an honest water filter company next year.
