Joe was prompt at responding to and answering all of my MANY questions about the system. The guys that came out to install the water softener were quite efficient at installing the unit we decided on, and the price was well within the range of what we were hoping to spend. Now we just need to get all of our corroded faucets replaced and we’ll be in great shape!
