John was great. Communication was clear. He showed up when scheduled. He Had to do a little troubleshooting with our microwave, but it was successfully repaired.
Bob has been to our house many times and he always does a great job. Today was mainly to replace the front panel of our new dishwasher, but he agreed to look at the icemaker for our Jenn air, whose fan it turns out stopped working.
Bob is wonderful!!!
