Scheduling was easy and they use texts for status/updates. They asked for my unit part number in advance. Adan showed up and troubleshot the problem in less than 5 minutes. They didn't have the replacement part, but got it in a few hours and finished the repair that afternoon. Adan was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Fridge Worx again.
