I'm very pleased with careful examination and diagnosis done by Terra, the technician sent by Austin Roofing and Construction. She ran a drone over the roof after climbed onto it for examination. She took a lot of pictures through the drone, found some issues need to be fixed on top of the damages caused by wind. The repair was scheduled and performed right after that. C
