My wife and I are in the process of selling our home. Right before we go to list we experience our first ever “leak” in our guest bedroom. I searched through our local neighborhood app and Reddit to find a local roofer to help our situation. Both sources pointed me to Alteir. I reached out and spoke with Johnny. He was able to dispatch Chris to my location same day and discuss the issue. We apparently have a “dead zone” of water flow on the roof and over time, water will leak in with heavy rain
