He left the biggest mess ever I was shocked when I went down to see the mess he left. We used them last year and he only charged 175 and this year decided to charge double that for the same exact job needless to say I spent an hour and a half bleaching and cleaning it had to throw away my brandy slippers. We had this company come out a year ago, and they told us to "flush the line" regularly. That wasn't working, so I called again to see if there was a better/permanent fix. The owner, Patrick, immediately got defensive and told me I need to do yearly maintenance with tree roots (I explained we have had it scoped 2x and no one has found obstructions).
