There were small roots in my pipes and I'd imagine less honest companies could have used the roots to tell me I needed to pay a bunch of money but they not only quickly took care of the problem (and easily diagnosed it), they also explained the simple routine maintenance to keep the pipes from clogging or cracking (I have old clay pipes going out to the main line) in the future. Our sewage drain backed up. Two associates showed up and helped us unclog the drain and identify why there was a problem.
