I recently paid for an ongoing pest service for my rental property. I spoke with the owner (Josh) and his technician (Irving) several times through the treatment. This was one of the most stressful landlord/tenant experiences I had ever had. They caught all of the mice and fixed the issue. Josh was always available to speak with me directly which helped ease my mind. Irving came out to the home several times and was patient with me and my tenant. I had them come out to seal off my garage, this wasn't a regular quarterly treatment. Irvin was very personable and straight shooter. Did what I asked and didn't try to upsell me on services that weren't needed immediately. Doing business with small businesses matter to me, but it's also very important to have a high level of customer service. I can tell Around the Block Pest Control values their reputation and just believe in quality work. I'd highly recommend this company.
