Philip was the best pest control tech i've encountered. He was very thorough and transparent, and even followed up on what the best steps going forward is. Was not like others where they just spend few minutes checking then start pushing to sell the products/plans. Philip inspected very thouroughly and was very courteous, and answered all my questions. Philip is the reason I will terminate my contract with the other major 'M' brand pest control and move to PCI
