Mic is an exceptional technician, took the time to make sure everything was right, even found one or two things that needed some attention and he made sure those were right before leaving. Definite recommend on this guy.

Service Visit $250. Travel Charge $129 Fuel Surchage $8.00 Tax $34.14 TOtal $422.13. "Not sure how to fix it. Needs research." That was last November, 2025. When the employee left, he mentioned seeing other appointments on Vashon Island. Were we ALL charged $129 travel charge due to a ferry fare? We have been good customers for 20 years. We like to deal with people who are honest and fair.
