I purchased a jacuzzi several years ago - a sundance optima which is decent unit. Initially the service side i felt was weak , but I decided to try them again for a leak issue. While the service window was still a large amount of time , I was pleased when Fred arrived and did an inspection, and seems to have resolved the issue. The review is mostly for his service and the apparent improvement with the service department .

Spoke to the manager today, I believe her name is Jordan. It was warming to be helped by someone with such a friendly attitude, and someone who is more than willing to thoroughly walk you through questions you may have. She did an amazing job and I definitely will be back!
