If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. We bought a new home that came with an AmeriGas tank. After discovering their gas was about $1.50 more per gallon than Pinnacle Propane, I called on Monday to let them know that we would not be refilling the tank. The customer service rep I spoke with was so rude and told me it would that they need to come get the tank then and that it would take 3–6 weeks for them to pick it up. Fast forward two days, that’s right TWO DAYS later (Wednesday)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FILL YOUR PROPANE TANK! If I could give "0" stars I would. Horrible customer service which is overseas so you get an agent that can hardly speak English! I scheduled my tank to be filled in October 2023. They sent me a notice of the date it would be filled which was October 9. Fifteen days later I found out that they never filled it so I was completely out. I was told it would be an emergency fill and they would be out the next day. It took 3 more days for them to fi

2nd time they haven't come in time. They are now a week late and haven't heard a word from them.
