Gentleman that answered the phone yelled at me and hung up. I have children in my rental up there and he dismissed it like it was my fault they haven't checked the propane...prior to this every 6 weeks they would automatically check it and fill it, so i was just trying to get validation ....worst customer service ever....not even deserving of a 1 star. I am floored right now.

Joe Willis was at our residence today, checked the tank for percentages and did notce I needed a new tank top, as the weld had broke. Joe was very informative, told me about the pre buy of gas and how that worked. I am very pleased with the service.
