They can get the same items as the "bigger" stores. The prices are the same or slightly better. The big difference is SERVICE!! I ordered speakers that were "raved about online". They were garbage and I had to send 100 pound towers back myself. Paul heard my story and basically loaded some amazing speakers into my truck. He told me to audition them for a week IN MY OWN HOME. I ended up buying one model higher, and will not shop anywhere else. I thought this type of service died years ago. Fant
