I really wanted to like these guys, but I was very disappointed, in a number of ways. Promises were made when the salesman and the installation scheduler came out to evaluate. On installation day, the TV didn't fit the way they said it would. The soundbar didn't fit either. One of the installers was in an extreme hurry and downright rude. The other installer was actually focused on how to make it work, but it requires carpentry. The high-end TV has horrible sound, so I'm left with more physical
