So bad

Scam. We got charged an additional $75 per month. We would call and they’d agree it was an erroneous charge, and would promise to stop charging the additional $75 and that they’d refund the charge. This happened every month for 12 months straight, and every time we would call and they’d admit it was an erroneous charge. We never got a refund and eventually ended our coverage with ADT. I couldn't wait to cancel when my contract was up. Expensive and every experience comes with them trying to upsell you. When I finally went to cancel the agent offered me a 2 or 3 new offers every time he came back on the phone trying to get me to stay. After 10 minutes of me repeatedly saying no just cancel it please he asks, "Well what will you do if you have a break in? " I finally said can you please list cancel all my services? It's always a run around with you guys. He laughed and said ok
