Worst customer service and contract policy. Please take this as a warning, especially if you have elderly parents. I would not recommend this service provider. I am a current customer and I signed up my mother and her home becasue I thought this was a good company. My elderly mother is having to move to assisted living unexpectedly due to a fall and deteriorating health.
