Dont do it, they have been double charging me for three months. The calls on hold for oncer two hours only lead to repetitive responses from people who refuse to understand what I am trying to explain. They keep repeating that charges are due and are processed accordingly but I have bank statements showing the double charges on different accounts. But if I cancel they want to say I am breaching their contract??? Useless, steal, I still have issues with my system but I am affraid if ask for help

Awful and inconsistent customer service.

I had ADT for almost 4 years in Texas. No serious issue, the equipment was already installed in the house and I had no trouble with the monitoring team. They did okay. When we went to PCS to Arizona I was promised a relocation credit by three different ADT service representatives including the one that scheduled my installation at the new address.
