I constructed a stand-alone residential garage which required sprinklers. After receiving multiple bids I chose Titan based on the representation for when they could complete installing a simple monitoring system - two weeks verse a month quoted from other vendors. So I paid a bit more with Titan but it ended up taking more than two months to get the job done. It took a few weeks to submit a simple the plan to the municipality and on final inspection it failed as the pull handle was installed

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Titan Alarm. Last week, someone from their team came to my business to take photos, assuring us that the process would be straightforward and completed quickly. When we followed up, we were told that the work was already in progress and would be completed by early this week. Horrible service. Very hard to communicate with service person. They had service people come out to the site previously and definitely had the gate code before. Last service call, we waited and they claimed that they did not have the gate code, did not call the phone numbers on file. Did not show up and had us wait for 7 hours. Not the same service since the original company CCS alarm sold to Titan Alarm.
