We recently started using ACS services, and the experience was great beginning with the sales consultant Rick and continuing with the security technician Zoltan. They were very knowledgeable and professional and helped us get the security system we wanted together with the peace of mind. Excellent job and we highly recommend ACS!

Buyer beware. We paid in advance for a two year contract with brand new installed equipment and 1.5 year into the contract the equipment failed. To be more specific the keypad was no longer communicating with the system. Acs wanted to charge $70 plus $65 per half hour and all parts needed to fix it. They obviously use sub par equipment that fails. Definitely do not recommend

Came out and knew just what to do to take care of my garage situation. Everything is now working.
