They never came out to do service so I hired superior and they showed me that they never gave you new duck work for the new air handler.

I've used ACE for over 2 years with no issues. They installed a new unit last year. They called an scheduled an annual checkup/ cleaning priced at $125. I wasn't having any issues with the new unit but scheduled for preventative maintenance. The tech was cleaning the drain that I hadn't had a problem with. Next thing the tech says the drain line was clogged. He messed with it for a while. Then he said he would need to use nitrogen to unclog and that would be an additional charge. Bill was $210 n

I dealt with an aggressive driver tailgating and zooming up only to swerve over at the last minute. This took place in a very busy road transition area. Totally unacceptable. This happened on September 29, 2025 at 2:13 PM. Truck number 21. No idea about the service this company provides though.
