Technician was great. Professional, considerate, and fast.

Well , technician came today because my thermostat says low battery. I diagnosed the issue because my technician was clueless, he said he never seen that before. Left and everything stayed the same. Wanted to install a new thermostat for $700, I can do it myself for free because I told him I bought one an Amazon. I had to pay $130 just to teach him something new.
