Our installer went out of business, and Jay, the service manager at A1A Solar, was able to assist us in migrating our monitoring and warranty service to their company. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the process, which was a great relief given the uncertainties surrounding the situation when your installer is no longer available.
