I’m disappointed with the service. I waited around two hours before help arrived, even though I was given a different expectation for the arrival time. The price was also extremely high for a simple unlock service on a 2009 Toyota Corolla without electric locks. I ended up paying $250, which felt unreasonable for the work done. I understand emergency services can cost more, but the delay and pricing together made this a frustrating experience.
