I called close to 8pm needing a new car key and he was able to come help in 20mins. In that time, my spare key turned up (after days of searching). I felt so bad for him driving out for nothing, but he was so gracious, and refused accept any payment for the inconvenience of coming out! Seriously so nice. Would definitely call Ilan if I need help in the future and will recommend to anyone. Thank you!

I’ve had to use Ilan’s service a few times over the last 6 months for a problematic front door lock.. He is responsive, competent ( he obviously knows his way around locks!) and kind. Definitely recommend Ilan..

Ilan Lock & Key was terrific. I called this morning and he showed up just before the 3 PM appointment we arranged. Within 30 minutes he had my new truck ignition to match my existing key and fully installed. Very friendly and professional & a slight sense of humor.
