Be wary of this company. I hardly ever leave reviews but felt this experience warranted one. I will keep this short. The initial consultation was great as well as the early communication. I approved the price and was ready to move forward. But then I was completely ghosted. After multiple emails and phone calls over a 1-2 week period no one even responded. So I ended up going with a different company.

Even though we are happy with the final products (roman shades and drapery) the timeline has been ridiculous and unacceptable. We first placed our order in October of 2024 and our final install was in February of 2026. Our initial timeline estimate was 8-12 weeks. Zingas never accepted to give us a discount on our invoice mentioning that they did the best they could.
