If I could give ZERO stars for Zerorez, I would! ZERO chance my dryer vent is "all cleared" after a $200+ service UPDATE: Mike made it right & the air flowed! *pro tip = always make sure the air flows BEFORE he goes! call on 5/4/26! ZERO!! Photos speak for themselves with today's timestamp! They've been called/notified! We will see if they stand by their services! TBD

Gerardo did a great job in my carpet today. He started the appointment with expectations and followed up with me during the job to make sure I was happy with his work. He got some stubborn high traffic areas to look better, that was one concern of mine, and I’m very happy with the outcome! This was my first cleaning with Zerorez. We will for sure be using you all again!
