Great Service, Everything explained and the steps the Gentleman was taking in his Process of cleaning the Carpets. Steps taken to see about getting some stains out from pets and Heavy traffic areas. The carpets look great and I am cery pleased with everything. Communication was a10. Carpets arw a 10. No mess to clean up A 10. and what to do afterwards another 10.

Great service, will use again, were told by previous cleaners it’s just an old carpet, turns out they just werent as good as Zerorez!! Carpet is shiny again, thank you!
