Once again, great service from Zerorez! Jason and Shamika arrived within the anticipated window and did an amazing job with the upstairs carpet and an old area rug. They were personable and professional, and the carpet looks fantastic!

I requested a quote for a dryer vent cleaning & quoted $599. I clarified quote do twice told that was the cost. When declined to schedule cost came down to $199. They may do a good job- I don’t know but felt shady so declined to schedule.

We received BED BUGS immediately after Zerorez. Let this be a general warning to those who wish to clean their vents. We paid $524 for Zerorez for our residential service. The cleaners that were sent were fine, they were not the issue. It should noted that the cleaning was 3/5 stars because although they got the majority of the dirt and dust out of the systems, they left too many cobwebs in the air vents grilles themselves for a hefty price of $524.
