Ernesto was great. He called upon his arrival, wore shoe covers, told me exactly what he was going to do. Looked for stains or spots that I may have missed and treated those. He told me how to care for the carpet and was in and out in a timely manner. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I’ll use Zerorez again.
